School of Wu Style Tai Chi
A non-aerobic exercise class, featuring gentle exercises which help increase the movement of the limbs, improve joint flexibility & resilience, and brings energy to the body. We practise the movements of the Wu Style Tai Chi form, which are slow and gentle, and aid relaxation, help relieve symptoms of stress, help improve balance and normalises blood pressure. The movements are very detailed and precise which helps keep the mind focused and calm.

Cost: £5 per session or £25 for a block of 6 sessions (paid in advance)
When: Tuesday evenings 8pm-9.30pm
