Dru Yoga can be practiced and enjoyed regardless your age or fitness level. Joints are kept relaxed and soft during movements creating flexibility and a free flow of subtle energy, while flowing movements that help release physical, mental and emotional tension.

Are you over 50? Would you like to join a friendly, social swimming group? Join us at the Kirkgate centre on alternate Tuesdays to enjoy a swim at the nearby Shipley Pool.
We then return to the Kirkgate Centre for a cuppa and a chat.
