What we do with the information we gather
We require this information only in order to provide the service you have requested.
Email subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by following the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of every email or by contacting us.
Personal data held in our room booking system is deleted after 24 months – this gives us time to collate anonymised data about how the centre is being used to report to our members and funders. This collated data contains no personal information.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
